Tell us what you found

JumboRadar compares fares — it does not sell tickets. Here is what we can fix, what only your airline can, and how to reach a person about the first kind.

01What we can help with

JumboRadar compares fares. These are the things that are ours to fix, and we do want to hear about them:

  • A fare that looks wrong. Prices come from partner data and are cached, so one can go stale. Tell us which route and we will look.
  • A link or page that is broken, including a search that opens somewhere it should not.
  • Privacy and data requests — access, correction, deletion. See the Privacy Policy.
  • Partnership or press.

02What we cannot

We are not the seller. JumboRadar never takes a payment, never issues a ticket and holds no booking — when you press a fare you are handed to an airline or an agent, and they take it from there.

So we cannot cancel, change, refund or check in a booking, and we cannot see one. Only whoever sold you the ticket can, and their confirmation email is the fastest way to reach them.

Saying this here rather than after a day of waiting is the point. A traveller with a cancelled flight needs the airline, and every hour spent writing to the wrong party is an hour of a trip.

We use your address to answer you and nothing else. No list, no marketing — the Privacy Policy says so in full.
