JumboRadar finds the fare; the airline or agent sells the ticket and holds your booking. Six answers that cover almost everything, and where to go for the rest.
The airline or travel agent you booked with, not us. JumboRadar compares fares and hands you over to whoever sells the ticket — they take the payment, they issue the ticket, and they are the only ones who can change or cancel it. We never see your booking.
Where to find them: the confirmation email they sent you. It carries their name, your booking reference, and their customer service contact. That email is the thing to search your inbox for — not our name, theirs. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder and search for the amount you paid.
We cannot tell you, because the booking was never with us. Confirmation comes from the airline or agent, usually within minutes.
If nothing has arrived after an hour: check your spam folder, then check your bank or card statement. A pending charge with no confirmation is a question for the seller, and their site normally has a "find my booking" page that works from your email address alone.
It happens, and it is not a bait: fares move constantly and ours are cached, so a figure here can be minutes or hours behind the airline's own system. Seats also sell in the time between us fetching a price and you opening it.
The price on the airline or agent's own page is the real one. Ours is a signal for where to look, never a quote — nothing here is a reserved rate. If the gap looks wrong rather than merely stale, tell us: that is ours to fix and we want to know.
All of it belongs to the airline. Baggage allowance, seat selection, meals, check-in times, name corrections, refunds and travel credit are set by them and administered by them, and they differ by fare type even on the same flight.
Check the rules on the airline's own page before you pay — the cheapest fare on any route is usually the one with the least included.
Nothing. There is no fee, no account and no markup added to a fare on your behalf. When you book through a link here we may earn a commission from the airline or agent, and it does not change what you pay.
We also do not ask you for a name, an email address or a phone number to search.
This part is ours. A fare that looks wrong, a link that goes nowhere, a page that will not load, a search that opens somewhere it should not — tell us and we will look at it.
Data and privacy requests come to us too: access, correction and deletion are covered in the Privacy Policy.
