Jumboradar shows you where flights are cheap. It does not sell you one. These terms explain that difference, because it decides who you deal with when something goes wrong.
Jumboradar is a free flight-price search and comparison service operated by Deep Fried Mobile Inc. ("we", "us"). It gathers fare data from travel partners and shows it as deals, calendars and destination boards so you can see where and when flying is cheap.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, the site is free to leave.
This is the part worth reading twice. Jumboradar is not a travel agency, tour operator, airline or ticket seller. We do not:
When you buy a flight, your contract is with the airline or travel agency that sells it, under their terms and their refund policy. Cancellations, schedule changes, baggage disputes, refunds and complaints go to them. We can point you in the right direction, but we cannot act on your booking, because it was never ours.
Prices on Jumboradar come from travel-partner data and are indicative. They are cached — each deal carries the time it was refreshed — and fares move constantly. A price can sell out, change, or turn out to be unavailable on the dates shown between our fetching it and your clicking it.
Always confirm the final price, the exact dates, the airline, the baggage allowance and any conditions with the provider before paying. The provider's price at the moment of purchase is the real one.
We work to keep the data sane and honest, but we do not warrant that any price or route shown is available, complete or error-free.
Searching on Jumboradar hands you to a search results page powered by Travelpayouts (Aviasales) technology, and from there to the airline or agency holding the fare. Those are separate services with their own terms, privacy policies and customer support.
Links to partner and third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their pricing, or how they treat you.
Openly: affiliate commission. When you book through a link on this site, the partner may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra — the price you pay is the price you would pay going direct.
What that commission does not do is buy position. Deals and destinations are ordered by price and the underlying fare data, not by which partner pays best.

The Jumboradar and Jumbo names, marks and site design belong to us. Airline names, logos and other partner marks belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the flights and services they operate — their presence does not imply any endorsement of Jumboradar by them.
Jumboradar is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, timely, or free from error.
Travel decisions are yours. Passports, visas, transit rules, entry requirements, insurance, connection times and baggage rules are your responsibility to verify with the airline and the relevant authorities before you travel.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Jumboradar or from any booking you make with a third party — including missed flights, price differences, cancelled or changed services, denied boarding, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may change the service, these terms, or both. The date at the top of this page shows when the wording last moved. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute arising from them, or from your use of Jumboradar, is subject to the courts of British Columbia.
This does not take away consumer-protection rights you hold under the law of the country you live in, where that law says they cannot be signed away.
